how can you not tell that your privates are hanging out especially by the bay where there is alot of wind im pretty sure he would have felt a draft and closed his self up if it was an accident

this person in question?is a very nice person,helpful, politeful,their is some kind of misunderstanding? when have kids of your own an tring to do the best for them,i dont see this doing of him. their are times i dont realize my pants is undo not realizing it an be in a public place {store} look down an say oh my goodness,an wonder why noone in the store just come up to me and say excuse me your pants,dress etc is unzip?? their is a reason and it does have to be the wrong thing or something you intentionally is doing. why sit back and just watch, walk over talk to the person,you never know whats on someone mind? what going on? he may just didnt know, whats this world coming too. he is a very nice person !
