Six injured in Lamberttown accident

Six people were injured in a head on collision in the Lamberttown community.
The accident involving a Jeep and SUV happened at about 5:05 p.m. at the corner of Dawhoo Lake and Walker Roads.
Three ambulances were called to the scene. Initial reports indicated the vehicles were heavily damaged but none of the injuries were critical. However, after arriving on the scene it was determined four of the accident victims needed to be transported to MUSC in Charleston.
