Red Ribbon Parade, Kids Fest is Saturday

The founding sponsors of the event are: Elks USA, the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office, the Georgetown County School District and the Georgetown County Parks and Recreation Department.
The parade will begin at 10 a. m. at the corner of Front and Broad streets. The parade will continue to East Bay Park. Kids Fest will begin at 10:30 a.m. and continue until 3 p.m.
There will be food, activities and games.
Partnering sponsors are: Pawleys Island, Kiwanis Club, City of Georgetown, International Paper, Service Over Self, Anderson Brothers Bank, Rape Crisis Center, First Federal Bank and Coastal Builders.
The event is free and open to the public.
