Police looking for home intruder

Published on 9/20/2012

Georgetown police are searching for a man who entered the home of a Georgetown couple and left with a wallet.
Police Capt. Nelson Brown said a woman from the 600 block of North Fraser Street was in her front yard at about 2:45 p.m. today when a man on a bicycle rode up, got off the bike and then walked into her home.
The woman’s husband was inside which must have scared the suspect because he then grabbed the woman’s wallet and fled the area.
A perimeter was set up along Hazard Street but, so far, the man has not been located.
