Winnie Hampton Harris, 90, died Thursday, October 25, 2012 under the care of Odyssey Hospice in Savannah, GA.
Ms. Harris was born in Georgetown County, SC on August 29, 1922, the daughter of the late William D. and Ada Belle Benton Haselden. She was a longtime member of Bible Baptist Church where she participated in the nursery department for many years, caring for multiple generations of children.
Ms. Harris was preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert M. Harris and son, William Hampton. She is survived by her children, Winston Haselden and Emily Feldman, both of Savannah, GA, Harry Hampton of Hardeeville, SC, Cynthia Wells of Bloomingdale, GA and Wayde Hampton of Savannah, GA; eleven grandchildren; nineteen great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
The family will be receiving friends this evening from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors, Hodgson Chapel. A graveside funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. at Andrews Memorial Cemetery in Andrews, SC under the direction of Mayer Funeral Home.

Kathyrn M. Smith
Kathryn M. Smith, age 67, of Murrells Inlet, SC passed away on Thursday, Oct. 18, 2012 at Tidelands Community Hospice House. Kathy was the daughter of the late Otto and Patricia Moyer of Deland, FL. She retired from the finance world and loved to travel and spend time with family.
Surviving are her children, William Paul Smith, Jr., Nona (Ricki) Wright, Steven Smith and Patricia Smith. She had 12 grandchildren and two great grandsons; She has a step-mother, Joy Moyer; a brother, Michael Moyer and two sisters, Cindy Wannell and Nancy Quartin, all from Florida.
The family will have a private memorial. Memorials may be made to Tidelands Community Hospice House or the American Cancer Society .
Jonathan Wigfall 65, of Pawleys Island, SC, died Sunday, October 21, 2012 at Waccamaw Community Hospital, Murrells Inlet, SC. Funeral services will be held 12 Noon on Friday, October 26, 2012 at St. Mary AME Church. Burial will follow immediately in the church cemetery. Public viewing will be held from 10 a.m. on Friday, October 26, 2012 until the time of service in the sanctuary of St. Mary AME Church.
Mr. Wigfall was born November 21, 1947 in Pawleys Island, SC to David Wigfall and Mrs. Almenia Thompson Wigfall. He worked at International Paper Company for thirty eight years before retiring.
He was a 1964 graduate of Howard High School, Georgetown, SC and was a member of St. Mary AME Church, where he served on the Usher Board and was a member of Class No. 5.
He is survived by his wife, Rosa Wigfall of Pawleys Island, SC; a son, Jonathan Wigfall, Jr. of Fayetteville, NC; a daughter, Angela Wigfall of Houston, TX and his brother, Herbert Wigfall of Pawleys Island, SC and two grandchildren.
Funeral service arrangements are entrusted to Wilds Funeral Home, LLC.
