The Miss Carvers Bay High School pageant was held on Thursday, January 20, 2012 in the Carvers Bay High School Auditorium.
It was sponsored by the Carvers Bay High School P.T.O. Contestants in the ninth and tenth grade competed for the title of Junior Miss Carvers Bay High School 2012, and contestants in the eleventh and twelfth grade competed for the title of Miss Carvers Bay High School 2012.
Contestants were scored as they personally introduced themselves on stage, presentation in a formal wear competition, and an on stage interview question.
There was also a Carvers Bay Princess title awarded to the contestant who raised the most money for the Carvers Bay High School P.T.O.
Assisting in the crowning of the new queens were Breonia Browne, Miss Carvers Bay High 2010-2011, and Karra McCray, Miss Homecoming 2012.
“We are very proud of all of the contestants who participated in the pageant, and would like to recognize our newly crowned queens and their court for an outstanding job,” said Genelle Williams, one of the pageant organizers.
