LIGHTING THE WAY

Jimmy Lane and Shane Ard, employees of the City of Georgetown’s Electric Department, string the lights on the city’s Christmas tree on Monday afternoon in Francis Marion Park. This year’s tree will have more than 15,000 lights. The city will light the tree on Saturday at 7 p.m. at the park on Front Street in downtown Georgetown.
