Georgetown beat Wilson 49-42 on Thursday to secure the third spot in Region VII-AAA.
Caleb Hughes threw two touchdown passes to Alvin Walker and one each to Jordan Ward and Tarik Tucker and Julian Lunsford rushed for two touchdowns and Michael Billings rushed for one in the victory.
The 6-4 Bulldogs now wait to see who they will play in the first game of the playoffs next Friday.
