Donnetta Walker-Frasier and Daniel Frasier of the Pleasant Hill community of Georgetown welcomed the first baby of the new year at Georgetown Memorial Hospital on Jan. 2. D’abre’ Nyzeer Frasier weighed in at  4 pounds, 15.2 ounces and was born at 8:53 p.m.
