City Fire has new assistant chief, office manager

The City of Georgetown’s Fire Department has a new assistant fire chief and a new office manager.
Fire Chief Joey Tanner has announced Charlie Cribb has been named assistant fire chief, a position previously held by now-retired Bill Johnson.
Cribb, who has been with the department 16 years, was previously the department’s captain of training and safety.
Tanner also announced Administrative Assistant Amy Skidmore has been promoted to the position of Office Manager.
“Amy has been with the department since 2005 and has made many changes and improvements to the department,” Tanner said.
