BRITTON

Russell and Tasha Britton of Fort Benning, Ga., announce the birth of a daughter, Tristen Garnett Britton, born Jan. 25, 2008, at Martin Army Community Hospital in Fort Benning.

Maternal grandparents are Kathy and Harry Killens Jr. of Waycross, Ga.

Paternal grandparents are Carolyn and David Britton Sr. of Georgetown.

BOWERS

Kevin and Ranell Bowers of Myrtle Beach announce the birth of a son, Jonathan Thomas Bowers, born Feb. 6, 2008, at Waccamaw Community Hospital.

Maternal grandparent is Diane Roberts.

Paternal grandparents are Jerry and Paulette Bowers.

There is one other child: Jacob Bowers, 6 years old.

DiVIRGILIO

Michael and Denise DiVirgilio of Myrtle Beach announce the birth of a son, Mason Richard DiVirgilio, born Feb. 1, 2008, at Waccamaw Community Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Leonard and Kathleen Pizzarelli.

Paternal grandparent is Cheryl DiVirgilio.

There is one other child: Matthew Anthony Friedle Jr., 14 years old.

HURT

Joe Hurt Jr. and Jaranna Sargent of Andrews announce the birth of a son, Joe Cecil Hurt III, born Feb. 4, 2008, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Randy and Hazel Sargent of Georgetown.

Paternal grandparents are the late Joe Hurt and Michelle Gardener of Pawleys Island.

There is one other child: JaRonde Sargent, 8 years old.

LINEN

Samantha Linen and Torenzo Barr of Johnsonville announce the birth of a daughter, Honesty Nashonda Katrina Linen, born Jan. 30, 2008, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Deloris Linen and Kelly Linen of Hemingway.

Paternal grandparents are Deloris and Leroy Barr of Hemingway.

There is one other child: Nahshon Waterman, 2 years old.

PORTER

Emery and Rebecca Porter of Georgetown announce the birth of a son, Jackson Noble Porter, born Jan. 28, 2008, at Waccamaw Community Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Cecilia and Avon Capps.

Paternal grandparents are Emery and Linda Porter.

There is one other child: Thomas Porter, 2 years old.

RUTLEDGE

Sheeria Dennison and Rashien Rutledge of Pawleys Island announce the birth of a daughter, Raziya Rutledge, born Jan. 30, 2008, at Waccamaw Community Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Patricia and Julian Rutledge.

Paternal grandparents are Shantay Rutledge and Nathaniel Langley.

SMALL

Michael and Katie Small announce the birth of a daughter, Morgan Callie, born Jan. 23, 2008, at East Cooper Regional Medical Center in Mt. Pleasant.

Maternal grandparents are Michael Dixon of Charleston and Joanne Clarey of Georgetown.

Paternal grandparents are Michael Small and Tina Small of Georgetown.

There are two other children: Cameron, 4 years old; and Madison, 2 years old.

VANDERHYDE

Danny and Honey Vanderhyde of Surfside Beach announce the birth of a son, Donald William Vanderhyde, born Feb. 6, 2008, at Waccamaw Community Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Dor and Wanda Horning.

Paternal grandparents are William and Chris Vanderhyde.

There are two other children: Brandy Vanderhyde, 16 years old; and Sean Vanderhyde, 13 years old.

YOUNG

Rachel Chaylice Allyn Young and Jarard Rashan Vereen of Andrews announce the birth of a daughter, Jaraya Zamiyah Mael Young, born Jan. 29, 2008, at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.

Maternal grandparents are Yvette Young and Allen McCrief of Andrews.

Paternal grandparents are Donna Gibson and Gary Gibson.
