Put on your running shoes for a 5K run on Saturday, Nov. 14.
The Fifth Annual Run 'Til the Cows Come Home 5K Run and Walk will benefit the Outreach Farm in Pawleys Island.
The Outreach Farm is a non-profit organization that raises beef cattle and provides high quality beef at no cost to non-profit organizations that feed the hungry in South Carolina.
The course will begin and end at Precious Blood Catholic Church on Waverly Road and the run will start at 9 a.m. with registration beginning at 8 a.m. There will be an awards ceremony at the end of the run.
Pre-registration can be made online at Active.com or Outreachfarm.org.
Fun for the whole family includes 100 and 300 yard tot trots, face painting, Irish ice free to tots, miniature cow bell awards to tot finishers, and cow T-shirts to all tot trotters.
