It’s absolutely stupendous,” said Mitney Project Chairman Barbara Huell. The Mitney Project is made up of a group of women who are on a mission to revitalize the West End and bring about a comprehensive youth initiative to the area.Huell said her group went before City Council earlier this year asking that the city apply for the state grant.
