Sheriff's Office needs input
on identity of burglary suspects
The Georgetown County Sheriff's Office is seeking information on the suspect who burglarized a residence at 1501 S. Waccamaw Dr. in Garden City on July 26.
The man is described as a 190 pound white male, 5 feet, 11 inches tall with black hair.
He was last seen wearing a grey shirt with dark shorts.
At the time of the burglary, the residence was occupied by a female who discovered the suspect inside the residence.
The suspect fled the scene with a tote bag of stolen items.
There were numerous pieces of jewelry stolen and well as two wallets from the victims.
Also during the time of the burglary, a vehicle was seen leaving the parking lot at a high rate of speed.
The vehicle is described as a dark blue, four-door midsize car with an out-of-state tag driven by a white male.
Call the Georgetown County Sheriff's Office at 546-5102 with any information about the incident.
In an unrelated incident, the Sheriff's Office is seeking information regarding the suspect responsible for a recent burglary in the Lanes Creek area.
On July 23, the suspect burglarized a residence on Herbert Way. At the time, the residence was occupied buy an 11-year-old juvenile who discovered the suspect in the residence.
The suspect then fled the scene.
The suspect is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, weighing about 180 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. The suspect is believed to be in his mid 20s.
He has several tattoos: a teardrop near his left eye, an "S" tattoo on his right cheek and a cursive tattoo on the right side of his neck. The suspect also has a long scar on his left cheek.
He was last seen wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and black Nike tennis shoes.
Anyone with any information on the suspect should contact the Sheriff's Office at 546-5102.
