A presentation by Richard DuBois, M.D., one of the world’s leading authorities on infectious diseases will take place from 10 to 11 a.m. at Litchfield Country Club in Pawleys Island.
Dr. DuBois will speak about the importance of eating nutritious foods including fruits, vegetables and grains, as well as the effectiveness of a product called Juice Plus.
He has taken and distributed Juice Plus, a concentrated fruit and vegetable product backed by many health professionals like him.
“It is very clear that fruits and vegetables are good for health and Juice Plus is the next best thing to fruits and vegetables,” DuBois said. “Our research shows that it impacts physically to help stave off aging and disease.”
He said that his presentation Saturday will cover physiology and how Juice Plus is helpful to people, in a way that is easy to understand.
“For many, it is a life changing presentation,” DuBois said. “They can actually see the big picture.”
