According to my knowledge, every teacher, parent, student and anyone that believes in the
Mighty Name of Jesus are under attack here. Anytime you are pressured not to mention Jesus’ name or pray aloud at events in the school, is a form of denial, or being ashamed of Him. Jesus is the one that we are depending on to lead and guide us in the right directions with our children and to allow them to grow up to be God-fearing men and women.
With their mouth, the government is saying they want to help our children, but their actions show otherwise. Every student needs to have respect for their teachers and aduIts. When you allow the teachers to have a prayer with her class (this should be at the beginning of the day), it gives the first honor to Jesus and more fear and respect toward the teachers and other adults. When you take Jesus’ name and prayer out of school, you can look for all kinds of evil things to happen.
I have dwelt with the school system for over 26 years with 14 children. I have been there with one matter or another, so I do have some experience. They took paddling a student out of the school, when the Bible says to “spare not the rod”. A student needs to know that someone in the school has the authority to punish them. It happened during my time and I did not like it, but it helped to keep me out of trouble and jail.
The word prayer was replaced with the word invocation on all programs. While they were meant to be seen as the same thing, they are not. Prayer is what a person does when they pray only to God (Jesus), and invocation is seen as calling on any deity. But there is no other god or name given under heaven whereby we must be saved but Jesus (Acts 4:12).
Now the law is being passed not to mention Jesus or pray at any event where you can be heard, but only a moment of silence. I want you to know that even though our children may not know the Lord Jesus as we do, we are depending on Jesus to keep them from evil, harm, danger and out of prison. We want them to enjoy life in the Lord Jesus and not be set up for prison. According to my knowledge, some children are being setup in a smooth way for jail.
The parents, teachers and adults are being pressured under a form of king law. If this continues in our public schools, it will soon be in our churches, homes and businesses. We may be forced not to mention the name of Jesus. Everyone that believes in Jesus Christ needs to stand up for him.
Do you know that the King James Bible, printed in 1611 had 80 books and not 66? Fourteen middle books were removed around 1782 leaving the 66. Some of these books that were taken out give knowledge of how many believers of God were punished because the government made rules against the Bible, and before they would disobey God’s commandments, they stood their ground.
What I am saying is sometimes we have to suffer to get what we want and help our children. When you are told you must do this or you may face a lawsuit or funds be cut off, it’s not a freedom of choice. It’s being forced to choose.
Now ask yourselves if what’s happening in our public schools is freedom of speech and freedom of religion? You may come to the conclusion that it’s not. I am quite sure that when our coins and bills say “In God We Trust,” it’s not talking about a false god, but refers to the Lord Jesus himself.
Now are you ashamed to honor or acknowledge your wife or husband before a crowd? Then don’t be ashamed to acknowledge Jesus Christ, because he is far above us all.
