Boys to Men meeting

Evening of Praise

Healing Explosion
Let the healing begin with Pastor James Brown, Jr. and Teacher Rebecca M. Brown, author of “We Were Healed” on May 14 to May 15, at 7 p.m. at United Home Charity Lodge in Andrews. The registration forms must be returned by May 5, along with registration fee $45 per person, registration fee covers conference materials only. Packages picked up at the door, $55. Teachings From The Ark    
May 9, Mother’s Day Celebration. May 16, movie, $2 with free refreshments. Teachings From The Ark’s Food Pantry will be open to the public, Saturday, May 16, from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. at 101 E. Spring Revival
Laurel Swamp Missionary Baptist Church will have our spring revival from Wednesday, May 20 to Friday, May 22, starting at 7 p.m. nightly. Our speaker on Wednesday and Thursday night will be the Rev. Floyd Knowlin, pastor of Light House of Jesus Church and Friday night’s speaker the Rev. Herbert Godwin, pastor of Kingdom Minded Ministry of Lake City.

Worship Services
The Beulah AME Church, 2272 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, family invites you to join them every Sunday morning at 11 a.m. for worship services. Church school begins at 10:10 a.m.

Mother’s Day Service
East Lake City Believers Holiness Church, 1847 McCutchen Road, Lake City, will have a Mother’s Day Service on May 10, at 4 p.m.  The pastor is Evangelist Dr. Lue Ellen Salters. The speaker will be Evangelist Iris D. McFadden of Netties Temple Holiness of Lake City.

Brunch
Kingstree First Assembly of God Women’s Ministries, 872 Sumter Hwy., Kingstree, is cordially inviting all mother’s and daughters to a Mother/Daughter Brunch on May 9,  from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Guest speaker will be Cynthia Williams – Speaking on Healing. Praise & Worship Dancers are Clara Faye Dozier, Geneviene Burgess and Angie Watson.

Blessed Angela Meal
On May 26, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., St. Ann Catholic Center at 908 Thorne Ave. in Kingstree offers a free hot lunch. Everyone is welcome. This meal is offered on the last Tuesday of each month all year long.
 
Free Breakfast
Greater Bethel AME Church will be serving a free hot breakfast on the last Friday of each month until further notice from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. The church is located at 308 W. Main St., Kingstree. Everyone is welcome.

Clothing Closet
The Clothing Closet at the St. Ann Outreach Center, 908 Thorne Ave., Kingstree, is open from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. the first three Fridays of every month.

Fellowship Breakfast
St. Michael United Methodist Church of the Cedar Swamp community will have a fellowship breakfast every fourth Sunday morning from 8-9 a.m., studying the book of Ezekeial. The Rev. Dr. Charles R., Jr. is the pastor.

Morning Prayer
St. Alban’s Episcopal Church, on the corner of Hampton Ave. and Church Street in Kingstree, invites everyone to attend Daily Morning Prayer from the Book of Common Prayer. Morning prayer is held Monday through Thursday at 8:30 a.m.

Mid-Day Prayer and Meditation
