Music too loud
Not long after being pulled over and given a verbal warning about her car radio being too loud, a 23-year-old Georgetown woman was pulled over for the same offense at about 1:15 a.m. Sunday.
When the woman was pulled over the second time, she told the officer she was being harrased because she and her father had filed a complaint against the policeman who had given her the warning.
When she was asked for her vehicle registration, she said she was calling her father because he is a city emlpoyee and he would take care of the situation.
“I explained to her she could call anyone she wanted but I needed her paperwork first,” the officer noted.
After complying with the request, she did call her father. He spoke with the officer and was told his daughter was receiving a $257 citation.
When the woman was asked if she had any additional questions, she did not answer.
She was given a date to appear in court to address the charge.
