FUNERAL SERVICES
Dorethia Baker
Dorethia (Cooper) Baker of East Brunswick, formerly of Georgetown, passed away Sunday, January 24, 2010 at St. Peters University Hospital, New Brunswick.
Mrs. Baker was 80 years of age.
Born in Georgetown, South Carolina, she moved to East Brunswick 40 years ago.
Mrs. Baker was a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority.
She was predeceased by her husband, Robert J. Baker who died in 1980, her son Wade S. Baker who died in 2005 and her two brothers Andy Cooper and Lee Vernon Carr.
Dorethia is survived by her son Neal Baker and his wife Luciana Curti of New York, NY, her daughter Kelley Baker and her husband Michael Fisher of Willingboro, her sister Minister Aarona Cooper of Linden, and her grandson Robert Baker.
She is also survived by her daughter-in-law Funi Norris and her children Nathan and Tonia of Jamesburg, and one nephew Aaron Browne and many beloved friends.
Funeral Services were conducted on Thursday, January 28, 2010 at 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, 771 Somerset Street in Somerset.
Burial will be at the Flushing Cemetery in Flushing, New York.
Viewing will be Thursday, January 28, 2010 from 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, 771 Somerset Street in Somerset.

John Baylor
John Jhue Baylor, 77, husband of Betty Mae Newton Baylor of Andrews, went home to be with the Lord, on Thursday morning, January 28, 2010.
Mr. Baylor was born a son of John Henry Baylor and Frances Cantley Baylor on April 8, 1932, in Andrews, SC. He was a former employee of Oneita Industries. He was an Army veteran and a member of the Spring Pond Pentecostal Holiness Church.
Surviving, in addition to his wife, are: a son, John Edward (Faye) Baylor; four brothers, Willie Deans (Johnny Mae) Baylor, Sherwin Baylor, Ernest (Jill) Baylor, Walter (Sheila) Baylor; four sisters, Inez Poston, Loretta Martin, Joan (Ricky) Harrington, Donna Jean (Danny) Cox; three grandchildren, Eddie Baylor, Michael Baylor, Chastity Ray Baylor, and three great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by three brothers, Lorin Baylor, Roger Baylor, and Horace Baylor.
Funeral service will be 2 PM, Saturday afternoon, January 30, 2010, at the Spring Pond Pentecostal Holiness Church with interment in the Bloomingville Baptist Cemetery directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home. Visitation will be 6-8 PM, Friday evening, January 29, 2010, at the Andrews Chapel.

Clarence Gamble Sr.
Mr. Clarence James Gamble Sr., 81, of 71 Fuzzy Drive, Georgetown, SC, departed this life on Monday, January 25, 2010 at Georgetown Memorial Hospital.
Funeral Services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday at Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church in the Brown's Ferry Community of Georgetown, SC with Rev. E. B. Holmes, Eulogist and Rev. Dr. Howard D. Davis, Pastor.
Burial follows in the Church Cemetery under the direction of McKnight-Fraser Funeral Homes.
Mr. Gamble son of the late Oliver Gamble, Sr. and Sarah Jane Linen Gamble was born January 10, 1929 in Georgetown, SC.
He attended Georgetown County Schools and he was a member of Mt. Sinai Missionary Baptist Church where he served on the Junior Choir, Senior Choir, Church Trustee.
Survivors are; three daughters, Prophetess/Missionary Sarah Marie Orange, Sis. Lisa Holmes of Georgetown, SC and Sis. Doretha Rawls, Fayetteville, NC; six sons, Bro. Charles Gamble, Sr., Ervin Gamble, Clarence Gamble, Jr., Richard Gamble, Joseph Gamble all of Georgetown, SC and Bryant Curtain of Columbia, SC; five stepdaughters, Bertha M. Funny, Bronx, NY, Gladys Milton, Mildred Winns, Gail Bland all of Georgetown, SC and Sarah Johnson of Fayetteville, NC; four stepsons, Dock Bland, Jr., Sherman Winns, Sr., Jerry Winns, Minister Larry Bland; eight sisters, Lou Dell Geathers, Elnora Gamble, Anna Bell Campbell, Elizabeth Johnson, Victoria Gamble, Janice G. Orange all of Georgetown, SC, Dr. Beatrice Frankin, Karen Gamble, Columbia, SC; four brothers, Samuel Gamble, Oliver Gamble, Jr., Deacon Harold Gamble, Ezekiel Gamble all of Georgetown, SC; 33 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren.
Nell Moseley
Nell Camlin Long Moseley, 82, of Andrews, the widow of Thurman O. Moseley, passed away on Friday morning, January 22, 2010 at the Marion Medical Center.
Mrs. Moseley was the daughter of John Long and Mabel Long born on December 7, 1927, in Andrews.
Surviving are: three children, Clifford C. Baxley, William Baxley, and Steven Moseley; six grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be 6:30 PM, Friday, January 29, 2010, at the Christian Fortress Church with Geraldine Bednego officiating. A private burial will be prior to the service directed by the Andrews Chapel of McKenzie Funeral Home.
