Lula L. Carter Binnarr, 89 of Andrews passed away peacefully Wednesday, February 6, 2013 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Andrews, SC, she was the daughter of the late Willie and Mary Rebecca Browder.
She was married to the late Blease "Red" Carter of Murrells Inlet. Mrs. Binnarr is preceded in death by her loving husband, her daughters, Sarah Carter and Mae Simmons and sons, Wilson Tisdale and Kenneth Carter.
Surviving are her children, Mary Ward of Andrews, Faye Boone of Moncks Corner, Betty Williamson (Harley) of Murrells Inlet, Annie Sue Shelly of Georgetown, Louise West of Andrews, Geneva Howard (Wallace) of Conway and John Carter of Georgetown; sister, Ethel P. Knights of Summerville; brother, Roland Willie Browder of Georgetown; 43 blessed grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren and several great, great grandchildren.
Services will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2013 at Grace Temple Pentecostal Holiness Church on Highway 521 in Oak Grove Community. Interment will follow at Oak Grove Methodist Cemetery.
The family received friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Friday at the church.

Mrs. Ila Cribb Cribb, age 93, passed away peacefully at home on Friday, February 8, 2013, surrounded by her loving family.
She was the widow of the late Willard Cribb. Born December 14, 1919, in Hemingway.
She was the daughter of the late Charlie Anderson Cribb and the late Nettie Baxley Cribb.
Mrs. Cribb was a homemaker and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
She enjoyed taking care of her grandchildren and working in her yard. Over the years she served as a Sunday School teacher, Sunbeam leader, choir member, Golden Circle Sunday School class member, WMU member, and member of the Young at Heart group.
Survivors include her children, Norton (Vera) Cribb, Walt (Sylvia) Cribb, Maxine (Milton) Ortiz-Velez, Jeanette (Charlie) Berry, and Pansy (Larry) Ard; ten grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; sister, Carnell (Kenneth) Gladden; and sister-in-law, Margaret Cribb.
Mrs. Cribb was predeceased by an infant son, Gerald Cribb; brothers, Jetty Cribb and L. A. Cribb; and sisters, Mable Owens and Bertha Mae Altman.
Funeral services, conducted by Morris Funeral Home of Hemingway, will be held Sunday, February 10, 2013, at 3 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church.
Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 9, 2013, in the Family Life Center.
