Winning lottery ticket sold in Murrells Inlet

A $500,000 lottery ticket was sold in Murrells Inlet for the  Palmetto Cash 5 drawing held Tuesday.

The ticket was sold at the Kangaroo Express in Murrells Inlet.

The winning numbers were  1, 17, 18, 22, and 29.

Whoever bought the ticket, paid an extra $1 for the “power up” option which increased the prize from $100,000 to $500,000.
