Pawleys Walmart?

Sunbelt Ventures submit- ted an artist’s rendering of the 119,500-square-foot retail store it wants to build in Pawleys Plaza. Sunbelt also submitted a traffic study.

It is rumored to be a Wal- mart store. The plan goes before the Georgetown County Plan- ning Commission on Sept. 20. Read all about it in Fri- day’s Georgetown Times.
