People throughout Georgetown County cele- brated America’s birthday in many ways. A fun water hose fight attracted attention in the Murrells Inlet Boat Parade.
• Georgetown’s annual fireworks light up the night sky over East Bay Park, Winyah Bay and the Harborwalk.
• This young boy saluted when the Indigo Choral Society presented the Armed Forces Salute at the Kaminski House Lawn in Georgetown. His dad is a Marine serving in Afghanistan
