Andrews man dies in Florence County accident

An accident that occurred early Friday in Florence County claimed the life of a Georgetown County man.
Charles Casselman, 59, of Andrews died in a head-on collision at about 9:20 a.m. on Old River Road, four miles north of Highway 378 in Florence County, according to South Carolina Highway Patrol Lance Cpl. Sonny Collins.
Casselman reportedly was driving north and crossed the center line as he rounded a curve. He struck an oncoming truck.
The truck driver was taken to the hospital for unknown injuries. Casselman died on the scene.
