The alleged incident occurred at the home of the 3-year-old’s uncle, according to the report.

Trying to protect family property
An 81-year-old man who is well known to local authorities is accused of causing a disturbance outside his Maria Drive home April 26.
The man was reportedly shouting threats at cement truck drivers as they passed his home.
The report says when the man was much younger he helped build the road on family property and now he has a hard time dealing with the traffic.
He is concerned the trucks will damage the road.
The responding deputies have known the man for many years, so when they arrived he calmed down and went inside, promising to not cause any more problems.
A Saints Delight area woman says she was assaulted by her 12-year-old son who suffers from autism.
The deputies who were en route were advised family members had the child in a room but he would not calm down.
He was calm by the time deputies arrived. His mother said because of his size she is unable to control him when he has his episodes.
She said he kicked her on the side of the head and in the ribs causing her to fall and hit a dresser. He then started kicking her in the neck.
The day before this incident he reportedly assaulted his younger sister.
The woman was taken to the emergency room while another family member watched the child.
Sellin’ in the boy’s room
An Andrews High teacher told a deputy he thought he saw a drug transaction taking place in a boy’s bathroom Tuesday afternoon.
He said he saw one student exchange money for a clear plastic bag.
The teacher said he followed one of the students toward the bus ramp and the 15-year-old started to run. However, the teen ran straight toward the deputy.
The deputy could see a plastic bag in the teen’s pocket. He retrieved the bag and saw it contained what is believed to be marijuana. Later the substance was tested and it was definitely marijuana.
The teen would not say where he got the drugs but the other student was identified after school officials reviewed video from the surveillance camera.
Charges were expected to be filed against both students.
